Upvc Loft Hatch
If your loft hatch is in the wrong place or too small for convenient use, we can re-position your loft opening.
We fit a Upvc drop down access door to provide a secure, draught-sealed fit. A pole attachment is supplied for opening the door from floor level.
The doors we supply are insulated with material which is compliant with Part L regulations to a rating of 0.35Wm²k.
Alternatively if required a bespoke, custom made wooden hatch can be manufactured and fitted.
Deluxe Timber Ladder in Integral Hatch
Another option would be to have the folding wooden loft ladder. This product solves the problem of loft access in one, as it consists of a large wooden loft hatch with a timber folding loft ladder attached to the door for easy access into your loft space. This is an ideal product for everyday use.
Special order loft hatches are also available upon request, which include fire rated hatches, lockable hatches and hatches containing a window to allow natural light to pass through.
